I mistakingly purchased a round trip JFK-AMS ticket, I live in Virginia and will like to fly out of IAD, do you know if NW/KL agents will change JFK to IAD for me over the phone? any experience with this?
The fare class is B and was purchsed a week ago the trip date is 01/15/2004
