it really depends on the fare class, but if your flight is intra-china, i have a pretty good handle on the situation:
-80%+ of Y, you can do anything you want (fees are really small)
-on cheaper tickets, you can usually change once for free; a refund will get you half of your money back; however, if your flight is delayed (hint: VERY good chance), they will gladly offer you 100% to get you out of their hair
