Perhaps CO could have a pilot program offering premium beers for sale in the PC, to float the idea and see if it's commercially feasible. If the beer doesn't sell...free beer for the PC employees
Now, I already spend a lot of time in the PC....looks like, if this happens, I'll start hanging out there every afternoon. Get this: buy a refundable ticket in Y every day, access the PC, refund the ticket, repeat daily at 4:45pm...I could become the first-ever happy-hour barfly at the E-PC!
