The increase in cost if you bought a new ticket is $65.96 per ticket plus $100. change fee (Residual value of CO tickets @ $250/ticket) from CO to apply the remaining value to a future ticket on CO/NW/DL/airlink.

Your net cost would be $165.96 per ticket to change to NW flights.

Absolutely wrong. Don't make up $100 change fees when it is actually $200.

I don't think you understand the meaning of "exchanged".

My mistake, I based the assumption of a $100. change fee on a recently canceled CO ticket from CMH to Hondurus whicj I canceled and was charged a $100. cancelation/change fee penalty and sent an MCO for the residual value.

Kiethguy is correct, on most international tickets CO is charging $200./ticket for changes.
