in addition to your regular collection possibilities. As I already earn M&M and HHonours, this would imply triple dipping???

Answering my own question:
There is no triple dipping like M&M, HH and Roadmiles. However, double dipping is possible with Roadmiles, by using M&M as primary earning option and Roadmiles (instead of HH) as secondary. Especially when renting a Mercedes it seems to be worth it, as it gives the opportunity to earn extra 1000 RMs.
For the other cases I haven't decided yet, if I prefer 500 HH points or 500 RMs.
