I stayed at this hotel approximately 40 nights last year. In the very beginning, it was hit and miss with the upgrades. Once I complained to Lurker and corporate, the GM and front desk manager emailed me with their apologies and asked that I notify them before my arrival. Since then, I was either upgraded to one of the club level rooms with the apple computers, or to a suite. One time, I was able to land one of their club level suites with the in room sauna, which came in very handy. I suggest a nicely worded note to corporate.
