Just got the FFF3 Details in the mail with my monthly WP Account Summary.
Registration: May15-Aug31
Promotion Period: June1-Aug31

Summary of offer
Do ONE of the following activities:
A.Take a qualifying flight.
B.Apply for and get approved for WP Visa
C.Sign up for MCI, Nextel, Earthlink or AT&T
World net service.
D.Purchase a Min. of 5,000 miles

ALSO you need to earn FIVE partner credits.
AFTER you register earn a minimum of FIVE partner credits from participating NON-Air World Perks Partners.
That is all that I know right now.
We will have to wait until May 15th for the link to work to get all the details and to register.
I forgot the most important part.
You get 10,000 miles if you complete all of the above
