Excellent advice. Also print out the list of the program details and participating partners when you sign up. I had one transaction last year that NWA claimed wasn't through a partner. They had me fax them my original partner print-out in order to credit my transaction.
If it hadn't been for the savvy people here in this forum, I never would have thought to save that information.
