Nooooo!!!! Please tell me this isn't true. Harrah's was never known for the quality of its VP, but at least there are (were?) some 9/6 $1 JOB at Caesars. Hope these aren't gone, too.

I hope this buyout goes through and they do something to restore the Caesars Entertainment properties. Both Total Rewards and the lousy customer service are have driven me and a lot of other people away.
TR is definitely pretty sucky in terms of comps, but I've always found the customer service to be excellent.
