You did get an upgrade if you had a "partial ocean view" room. Award rooms are "garden view" which is the second lowest category (lowest category has no view).
Probably OT but the departure hall (and infact the entire terminal) at LGK is air-conditioned. So you should be pretty "comfortable" even without the Westin Lounge
BTW what is the full price for your 80min massage ? (I have an upcoming stay next month
)
