MS say that it would only be possible if you have microphone and speakers activated at the same time.
All I say is "MS, ever heard of VOIP communication and what parts of the laptop does it use for that?"

You'd have to be a mighty big idiot to play an MP3 file that says "delete all files" and then click on "ok" when the user account manager asks for permission.
This "vulnerability" was pretty much bogus and the "it has happened" part really isn't true, it was someone asking a hypothetical question.
Plus, if you are indeed running Skype and use the microphone then you have the voice command option turned off.
