Yes, that store is there. (I used to live at the apartments at 48th & Pena. The store opened shortly after I left. That ALWAYS happens.) But it is still several miles from the airport. You are almost at I-70 by then. By the time you get the rental car and get out there and shop and return to DIA and find parking, it may not save you much time. But if one hates waiting around, it is the closest option.
