I am currently staying at the HR SFO. The two room chairs look like what you might buy from Motel 6 for furniture that is long past its life. Old and faded, with multiple stains.

My question to Hyatt management is this: Would you put this furniture in your own home?

If the answer is no, then why would you subject guests paying $200/day to sit on it? (Actually, I have them covered with those cloth decorations at the end of the bed.)

I'm in a Diamond room, so I don't even want to think what non-status guests might be sitting on.
