In that case your baggage will get checked through, and you will almost definitely have a boarding pass for your onward flight, so as the previous poster said it will simply be a case of getting yourself to the right gate.
You will need to clear Immigration (because both Germany and Sweden are in Schengen - there will be no Immigration controls in Stockholm), but you don't actually have to look for the Immigration desk as your route will take you past it.
It should really all be very straightforward... just get off your flight, find out your gate number (it may be on your boarding pass, if not you will find it on a screen) and follow the signs.
One thing to be aware of (but nothing to worry about!) is that signposting at FRA is a bit erratic in places... sometimes you'll follow signs to a specific place and then you get to a junction and you can't see any signs for where you are heading. Don't panic if that happens - the signs are there, they are just hidden round a corner somewhere. Just take a deep breath and have a good look.
You should be fine. Have a good trip!
