1. Global Impact Travel no longer handles Thank You Network award bookings. Expedia is now the agency.

2. "any airline, anytime" is available by redeeming a Variable Flight award, in which points are used to pay for a ticket on the basis of $0.01 per point. For example, if the ticket price is $1,000 you need to redeem 100,000 points.

3. It sounds as if you are trying to redeem a Fixed Flight award. These awards do not guarantee a choice of carrier, routing or time of day. Expedia will offer the lowest cost flight for your city pair and date, but the cost of the ticket should not affect the number of points required.
