just the possibility of a 'threat of a lawsuit' could cause them to block it. Especially if the RIAA goes after the provider for aiding in the download of mp3's. Just imagine the amount of money Earthlink and others would loose in the preparation of a lawsuit. Cheaper to do a simple block.
