People sell these unused ticketless funds on ebay all the time and it doesn't violate airline rules AFAIK, but cash transactions are not allowed on FT.
This is certainly a surprise. I'm not usually a Southwest flyer, but I thought they were one of the airlines that was very vigilant about Ebay? They wouldn't care if I sold my unused "ticketless travel" funds on EBay?
