BLI and YVR are a lot closer than those other city pairs you list - and we aren't talking about "some" people. Allegiant flies many flights per week out of BLI, and most of the people on those planes are canucks.

There are no flights out of BLI to Canada, but I bet quite a few people would fly out of there to YYZ if the price was right.
