Journey time 15mins each way plus another five or so to Terminal 4.
Slightly OT but last year we stayed in the Heathrow Hilton and tried to catch the Express's first free ride to the next terminal (3?) for an early morning flight.
It had a mechanical problem and our taxi ride from one Heathrow terminal to the next cost us £20!
That's the most we've ever paid for a free ride.
