Click on the flight/s you wished to upgrade and if there's any availability it will be shown on the next window. If you agreed with what they offered you, just click and make the payment according and everything is done.
Alternatively you may call them to perform the upgrade.

Is the upgrade option available while making the booking, or only afterwards using the above PNR lookup? What I'm wondering is if it possible to see the availability of an upgrade before making the booking. I guess you could look at availbility of StarClass seats on the booking engine, but this might not work if the upgrade pool was a different inventory?
