Normally GBP25 or the local equivalent. CX don't charge a service fee (except in HK) as far as I know; they also sometimes adopt a "more trouble than it's worth" attitude to working out what, if any, additional charge or refund is due on the taxes. Remember that if you are flying from LHR you will get done for the increased UK departure tax.
