Yes, you take the underground tunnel from A to B; like the previous post, UA does sometimes leave from A, B or C; you have to check the monitor before going over to B; if it is A, then most likely there is no lounge after you do your additional security check, so you have to use the lounge on the other side of A terminal (either Sen or FTL).
If it is B, you go through passport control and then the main hall. Then go up stairs to the Sen lounge. They have someone standing in front of the lounge, looking for your *G card and boarding pass.
Then if you plane leaves from terminal C, go to the terminal with at least 1:30 left, so you have enough time to get through another security check. The line can be long sometimes, I think there maybe a couple of other flights leaving for the US at around the same time. Either way, you can then go to the RCC and enjoy the booze...
The first time I did this, I got confused and went through passport control twice. You actually can leave and come through the same passport control to get from A to B.
