You have to go through passport control. The Sen is on the top floor. After passport control, you will see a bank of escalators in the middle of the building. Take it up and look for the Sen signs.
After you get your fill of food and drinks, leave sometime to visit the RCC in terminal C. You will also get the free booze, but no real food. So eat up on the spam, meatballs, soup and salads at the Sen lounge.
