Despite all assurances, I am making NO progress with Goldpoints/ Valuemags. My points have posted-- but all at 150 per $ as opposed to the 450 promised. I have just completed the process of disputing all the valuemags charges on my Amex. IMHO, this is the only way to protect oneself for disputes that extend beyond the 30-day cancellation period.

I would encourage others in the same situation to do the same.
