Day passes to the Best Care Club are the least expensive in the industry so if you are in need of wifi and a snack it's quite a good deal.

The NW WC and the Midwest Best Care Club are in different terminals in MKE. The Skyteam lounge in MCI is also in a different terminal in MCI than the YX gates.
