As a UA Red Carpet Club member -- I'm used to the lack of amenities, but I will say this, there really isn't a need for WiFi at BDL, because they provide it for free.
As far as cutting from the new terminal, I will say that does suck,
however, I would venture 99% of us are originating and terminating in BDL and since we're not using it to transit I'm not overly upset about it. Most nutmeggers I know arrive just before their flight and don't spend much time hanging out at the airport.
If and when (still a bit skeptical it'll really happen) our transatlantic flights do begin, and potentially people will be connecting through BDL (which is a funny thought) they really will need to open up between terminals.
I hadn't even noticed it was closed, I think a year or so ago I got some good fruit smoothies a couple of times....mmmm smoothies. Darn it, I'm going to BDL in a couple of hours and now I'm pissed I can't get to them.
