Continued difficulties from NW FFF2

I am soliciting your advice about what I should do next or if I should be patient awhile longer.

I made some (3)purchases via World Perks Mall in Mid May to complete my FF2. They did not post so I waited the 6-8 weeks for them to post as the site says. I emailed the vendor first and they said they had passed the info onto NWA and I should call them and ask to speak to the supv. if I got no results. This was July 24 I called NWA and they would only accept email the CSR and supv would not do anything and directed me to the email complaint site.

After viewing the website I emailed them about my problem to NWA and got a mesaage that they were investgating and I would have a reply in 7 days. In 10 days after the promotion ended they told me sorry I hadn't made the purchases via the mall. I appealed and sent them the documentation from the vendor and I received an email from CSR that I would get my miles on 8/11. Do I have to wait 6-8 weeks for them to post? I did email under the talk to us email a week ago and no response.

Should I be calling them I did that when I was appealing and they would only take email communications. Refused to give me fax, etc

I know some people had problems last year with this promotion. How can I most efficiently end this ordeal....I have to tell you its has dampened my enthusiasm to do mileage mania if I have been so hassled with this promotion.
