This CC doesn't have to be a United mileage earning CC. now find another CC that has a similar dining program or equivalent and attach it to your mileage plus dining account. Now find restaurants that are in both lists. I don't know what other kind of programs are out there for other CCs but BofA HA Visa has a Xtramiles program with some restaurants.. Some of those restaurants are also on the United Mileage Plus dining program. 3mi/$ for mileage plus dining (up to 10mi/$ for those who've made elite dining) and 5mi/$ for BofA HA Visa Xtramiles. Of course, there are only a handful of restaurants on both lists as the HA list is small and mostly in Hawaii and a few on the west coast.
