can you double dip on credit card points and mileage for shopping.

example:

i buy at drugstore.com through the CO website to get 5 miles per dollar spent
i use my citi thank you card to get 6 thankyou points per dollar spent

possible? or is it drugstore that controls the 'credits' per transaction?
