The big planes have rudders too, so yes, you gotta use your feet in the big jets. However, larger aircraft are equipped with yaw dampers (or dampeners) which in their own way, do a good bit of the rudder work for you.
It's a yaw damper, and they provide stability and minimize dutch roll. They don't take over rudder work for you. Very rarely do you use much rudder in a jet except for takeoff and landing (you don't want the yaw damper on during takeoff and landing since it will apply pressure not allowing you to effectively steer)
