No.
In these circumstances, your best bet is to do online check-in even though you don't intend to fly. This sometimes (at least on BA) triggers the miles and tier points for the flight.
(And the reason hotels won't credit you for the stay is that is would encourage 'phantom stays'. Whilst you may think that the hotel would welcome these, they actually reduce takings from the bar / restaurant / room service / web access charge / laundry etc and properties like this one would find themselves with a disproportionate number of no-shows, especially during promo times.)
