One other thing. I sent an email about 5 days ago. No answer. I have called and called the WP number. You go through a whole rigamorole re putting in your WP number, your PIN, etc., then after being on hold and going through this a recording says "we are unable to handle your call at this time" and hangs up on you.

It's another nail in the NW coffin for me I'm afraid. Atrocious.
