Nothing but grief, but this part that is above really pissed me off! Yeah I remember very well about the ground stop at DTW during the snow storm, I was NRSA at the time and was suppose to be on HP but they cancelled all the flights so I switched over to NW since they were still operating. I still kick myself in the ... for getting on that plane know darn well that flights were being cancelled left asnd right. The cabin service sucked for the 6.5 hours that we were on the ground but of the T(jetway area)
The only reason I will ever try to fly in bad weather is due to an extreme emergency.
As to the other beefs with customer service and whoever else. Yes some of the employees can be really testing, and I mean they do nothing but shut you down. IM very sorry that happens but believe me when I tell you if you have a problem and u get a hold of a supervisior 99.99999% it will be resolved.
