I'd expect to see at least some of the same components, but meal option availability can change from day to day. My HNL-MSP flight that got delayed was originally offering (in WBC) a chicken breast with green beans and potato or a vegetarian some-kind-of-pasta (lasagna maybe?), but when it actually flew the next day, the pasta had been replaced by a cheese ravioli.
I don't know whether this had anything to do with the almost unanimous lack of interest in the vegetarian whatever-it-was among the WBC passengers

- one kid even asked for the main-cabin turkey sandwich instead! The ravioli seemed a
lot more popular.
