I've read through this thread and have seen people with problems seeing the correct status because miles/points haven't posted. In my case, all of the miles/points/segments add up, but I'm not seeing any changes. Here's my story:

• Started PLT Challenge Nov. 10th with a start date of Nov 1st. I had two flights already posted between the 1st and the 10th, but the CSR got the manager to get those points (1,233) to count towards the challenge. Through the end of October, I had 4,435 Elite Qualifying Points, meaning that, in theory, I should be PLT by reaching 14,435 within the next 3 months.
• Flew the "challenge-completing" flight on Dec. 26th. This flight has posted as well. I now have 26 Elite Qualifying Segments and 14,741 YTD Elite Qualifying Points, but no change in status. The bonus doesn't show up either.

What gives? I was thinking that maybe those two flights worth 1,233 points did not actually get counted like the CSR said. Or maybe it's because it's the holidays. I'm confused.
