So here at TPA the TSA folks tell me they've never heard of anyone asking for a "Comment Card," and they are certain they aren't required to give me any contact info for anyone, other than a generic [email protected] sort of email address.

I fly a fair bit, and even podunk airports have handed me comment cards, so I figured it was a standard thing.
