An airline does not have to order in-flight entertainment (IFE) at the same time as the aircraft order. Separate bids are usually solicited for IFE/PTV equipment. My sources indicate that NWA is in the process of determining what IFE to put on the A330. PTVs are neither in nor out - they are being evaluated along with a bunch of other possibilities.
