Ordered a laundry center on 4/4. Hasn't arrived yet. Called Shop4.com CS last week to ask about status. They didn't know but said it was at the vendor. They would contact the vendor and notify me. As of this morning I haven't been notified. I'm told by their CSR that it take up to 5 business days for a status check. These people have no clue. Absolutely zero automated tie-in with their vendors.
