I too ordered a book and I emailed them today to see where it was(over 2 months) and I was told that my order had been canceled. I had also signed up for the membership and sent in the form for the 3 night stay and that came back stating no address available. Bad news for those of us that were counting for them for points. Has anyone gotten the points? Does it help to complain or aren't they even open anymore?
