I'm not sure what your question is. They do pretty much the same things we do. Depending on age and level of relationship, they go out for a meal, go to movies, plays, concerts, amusement parks, night clubs, sporting events, art galleries, walks on the beach, drives in the country, anything else you might do here - even just go to a park. If you are interested in how to be "alone" with someone you are seeing, I think the hotel option is perhaps used more than here. Christmas Eve, a popular "date" night, sees most nice hotels booked completely - often with married couples who are having a night away from the family.
