In the next 27 days I will have flown 41341 miles to get to platinum : dubai for the weekend (for fun), vegas for one night (business), hawaii for the weekend (stayed saturday night), and the following weekend flew back to hawaii and puddle hopped to maui. and to get the last few miles day trip to fort lauderdale ... I hope platinum is worth it !

I did much the same thing, but early in the year. Platinum status has been a huge disappointment...so far. I have all of 2007 to make a better assessment of that. We'll see.
