Doesn't DOD/GOV'T buy alot of unrestricted tix? It sure seems to me that HA sells alot of seats for $250-$450 for current transpac routes... so while I don't disagree that this probably isn't a profitable route for them, I don't understand why you're saying DOD won't pay premium fares. I thought they needed the flexible fare rules...
