I had one of the best stays I ever had at this hotel back in 2004. I stayed two nights in a gorgeous suite on a 6000pts upgrade. The hors d'oeuvre at the club lounge was so good we couldn't stop eating and ended up having dinner there. At Apples they served one of the best orange juices I'd ever tasted. The staff were more kind and friendly than in any other Hyatt hotel I know (including all Hyatts in Japan).
I would definately stay here next time.
