I'd agree with this. I had to ask not once but twice to get the amenity, which I think turned out to be a small fruit plate or something of the kind. As Diamond on an award stay I got an ordinary room on a low floor, and no lounge access. Things like that are why I renewed top-tier status with SPG rather than Hyatt.
On the other hand, the breakfast in the restaurant was one of the finest buffets I've ever seen -- the only Hyatt I've had better was the Grand Hyatt Tokyo. The rooms were modern and pleasant, and the hotel had a good location. It was full of Jehova's Witnesses on some kind of convention, so maybe the club floor really was full...
