IIRC there's a "cycle lane" painted down the middle of the carriageway; I've never seen a cycle use it and I can't imagine that if one did (a) it would be very popular with the cabbies (b) the cyclist's lung function wouldn't be rather impaired by the end (mind you, I once - only once - cycled through the Rotherhithe Tunnel and survived).
