If you were flying AA internationally (ie. trans-Atlantic), you would have full lounge access at all points based on ticketed class of travel. But because you are flying BA, you only have OW status based access at IAD and LGA. Plus the rather poor YYZ lounge that BA operates (one of the worst BA lounges in North America) and the dismal food quality in pre-flight dining (hope you aren't booked on the later sleeper flights YYZ-LHR, which have little food onboard, relying on the PFD to feed you). Unfortunately BA service to YYZ is sub-standard, probably due to the low yield out of toronto (YVR-LHR is far nicer, by way of comparison).
