Independant of my status, would an AA "peon" level be able to access the AA AC Lounges in the initial IAD and LGA airports?

I ask this as I'm doing an award trip with both my parents (my miles), and thus can only take one as a guest on my status.

Thanks,

IMO the three of you have access at IAD and LGA, based on "class of service", irrespective of status, because you are departing same day on an international service which is part of the same itinerary.

By the way, the same situation but in Europe, say, MAD-LHR in economy, connecting same same day LHR-JKF in J, all on one itin, would enable said "peon" to have lounge access in MAD.
