I'm on a LONE6 ticket and will have completed my Platinum challenge just as I enter Asia and Australisa (westwards)

I fly 10622 miles on CX and will currently earn 0 AA miles. If I have a LANPass I can convert via HHonours to 1500 AA miles. Is there a more efficient way of making these miles count?

Additionally I fly 8063 miles on QF and with the 0.7 multiplier and my platinum status I expect to earn 11288 AA Miles. Can I earn more from these miles too?
