recent LAS/TED experience

Travelled to and from LAS yesterday.
UA check-in has separate chickens w/ bag drop counters (moved) a slowly moving standard crowd and a elite line which speed is dependent from the cases negotiated at the counters (I waited 10-15 min).
Bag drop at TSA is no problem because the check-in lines behind you move slowly.
Security is a zoo. There is an ocean of lemmings, sorry- travellers waiting to be screened. Lucky me (1P, Ted to DEN, UA NF from DEN) managed to get into the "First Class" line, however, I slipped in behind the first cerberus and was accepted by the person that checked the ID and bp. Waiting time around 5'.
A collegue of mine had to use the general line but did not complain too much (at max 40').

Ted was OK, had an exit row with free seat next to me both times, at the flight back my row was the only row with a free middle seat (Today, Ted wants you humble 1Ps be comfortable, too!) I could not complain. Maybe this was a RARe experience
