However the Silverwings T&C state
5. Allowable Fares: This discount may be used on United EconomyŽ (Y, B, M, E, U, H, Q, V, W, S, T, L)
but the E-cert was rejected even before selecting a flight/fare bases. L was left off the E-cert email. But the SilverWings agent was able to book an L so I assume the email is wrong.
